Color is of particular importance in Pauline Gilain's work; she uses it as her raw material, the origin of the objects she designs, before adding an essential dimension of presence and use.
A graduate of Ensci-LesAteliers and the Olivier de Serres school in Paris, Pauline also trained in Finland. Between fashion and design, Pauline evolved in the world of luxury, at Cartier, Vuitton and Dior. Between 2013 and 2015, she was the artistic and marketing director of Hartô, and designed colorful pieces designed like paintings.
