We deliver everywhere in France and Belgium. For any other country, contact us for a quote.

Standard delivery is free, whatever the weight and volume of your order!

Shipping and delivery times:

The product sheet tells you whether the product you wish to purchase is available immediately in stock or with a delay.

Products in stock : Shipped within 24 to 48 hours after validation of your order (upon receipt of payment). Delivery is carried out by our carriers in 4 to 15 days, depending on the delivery option chosen.

Products with delay : The time indicated in the product sheet is the one in which the product will be available. Delivery is carried out by our carriers in 4 to 15 days following this delay, depending on the delivery option chosen.

Standard delivery:

Packages up to 30kg : Delivery is made to the foot of your building or in front of your house. Our carrier will contact you (email or SMS) to inform you of the delivery day. You have the option to change the day or request deposit at a partner relay point.

Packages weighing 31 kg or more : Delivery is made to the foot of your building or in front of your house. Our carrier will contact you (email or SMS) to confirm the delivery day and will specify a more precise time slot the day before.

Premium Delivery:

Delivery is made to the room of your choice, with packaging collection on request. Our carrier will contact you (email or SMS) to choose a delivery day and slot.

If you change your mind, returns are free.
You have 14 days from receipt of the product to contact us and request the return of your product.

We will organize the collection of your product with one of our carriers, who will contact you to set a time slot.

For the return, your product must be very well packaged, imperatively in its original packaging, with all the protections.
